High concentration of autologous Platelet-rich-plasma (PRP)
The simple, safe and efficient point of care preparation of
Autologous Platelet Rich Plasma.
Connect the blood collection needle to the needle holder, then perform venipuncture, confirm that the line returns blood,
and finally connect the PRP tube.
Please do not connect the PRP tube first
or will lose negative pressure.
Gently shaken back and forth several times to mix the coagulant and blood. ,Ensure blood is mixed with anticoagulantto prevent hemolysis from clottting
Gently shake the tube 10~20 times
so that the platelet cells cemented
on the surface of the separation gel are evenly
suspended in the plasma
Insert the KEALOR PRP tubes
into opposite sides of the centrifuge.
If using odd number of tubes,
need use balancing tube .
Close the lid and select the appropriate centrifuge settings for 1,600 RCF and 8 minutes.
5.Extraction of PRP
Use clean syringe to Collect the PRP, The long needle should not be inserted into the separation gel.
Liquid Gold PRP ,PPP upside the gel .
RBC and granulocytes under the gel.
If chylemia, the fluid will be cloudy
Ready to Use
KEALOR PRP is ready for use. pay attention to whether there is turbidity or separation glue separating foreign bodies or other foreign bodies, including the glue plug cutting foreign bodies.
Average of Several times high concentration extraction . Using 10mL PRP tube, Not removing platelet poor plasma (PPP). Whole Blood platelets counts 209 (106/mL), white blood cell counts of 7.7 (106/mL) and red blood cell counts of 4.7 (109/mL).
Average of Several times high concentration extraction concentration. Using 15mL PRP tube, removing 2.5mL of platelet poor plasma (PPP) respectively. Whole Blood platelets counts of 209 (106/mL), white blood cell counts of 7.7 (106/mL) and red blood cell counts of 4.7 (109/mL).
Average of Several times high concentration extraction . Using 22mL PRP tube, removing 7mL of platelet poor plasma (PPP) respectively. Whole Blood platelets counts of 209 (106/mL), white blood cell counts of 7.7 (106/mL) and red blood cell counts of 4.7 (109/mL).
Remove PPP to get high Concentraction PRP
1. Blood Collection | Using the butterfly needle and the blood collection set, draw 10cc of venous blood into the KEALOR PRP tube. Invert the filled tube 5 times for mixing. |
---|---|
2.Centrifugation | Insert the KEALOR PRP tubes into opposite sides of the centrifuge. If using an odd number oftubes then the balancing tube needs to be utilized. Spin. Close the lid and select the appropriate centrifuge settings for 1,600 RCF and 8 minutes. Start centrifuge. |
3. Remove PPP | Remove the PRP tube from the centrifuge, taking care not to shake it. Collect the supernatant fraction using the syringe & 18G 100mm needle. According to needs, 2.5ml, 1ml and 0.5ml of plasma remain in the lower layer. |
4. Platelet Resuspension | Gently invert the KEALOR PRP tube 10 to 20 times. |
5. Platelet Preparation | Collect the remaining plasma on the separation gel use new syringe. The KEALOR PRP is ready for use. |
NOTE: If step 3 is omitted, this is easy process. You will get 5.5~6.5ml PRP.
Use our 10ml acd gel PRP TUBE get result below

The point of using dummy text for your paragraph is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters. making it look like readable English.
Where “g” is the “RCF”, “R” is the radius of the rotor (from centre of rotor to sample) in centimetres, “S” is the speed of the centrifuge in revolutions per minute(rpm)
