Step 2 : Blood separation by centrifuge

Step 3: PPP collection

Step 4: Heat PPP at 75 C for 5-8mins

(Note: please pre-heat to75 C before put into)

Step 5: Put PPP into cooling holes for 5 mins., the the PPP gel make finished.

Step 6: Inject the PPP gel into the needed place
